Success at the PoS through personnel management

Sales staff is becoming an increasingly important resource for retailers, because a competent personal consultation at the store is still crucial for the shopping experience. Personnel management has a central role for the sales success at the POS.

For our current topic we have therefore talked with Sebastian Paas of KPMG, who praises the innovativeness of employees. James Cook from Thomas Sabo, however, focuses on sophisticated analysis methods to optimize his staff scheduling.
