What is important for young customers

With their high internet-affinity, purchasing power and joy for shopping, the young customers - also called Millennials - are one of the most sought-after target groups in eCommerce.

However, due to their extensive experience with online shopping their claims are particularly high, especially concerning the delivery. Arjan Kerkhoff from MetaPack explains in our current interview, how retailers can win this challenging group of consumers over and bind them to their shop.
