Welcome to the EuroCIS up!date 02. As of now you can secure your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to EuroCIS and right to you. The deadline for ordering admission ticket vouchers is 01.03.2018.

You will find all topics and dates that are essential to the planning of your trade fair participation here in this up!date.

Direct your guests right to your trade fair stand: entrance vouchers with your hall and stand number printed on them bring your customers into the EuroCIS free of charge. A customer retention tool that pays off – we invoice only the vouchers that are actually used.

Take advantage of unparalleled media presence: trade press from around the globe assembles at EuroCIS. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the EuroCIS Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

Take advantage of the free advertising materials for EuroCIS. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 13 February.

Visitor data is valuable. Use the easiest solution to capture everything important quickly and safely: scan the barcode on your visitor’s badge and you will immediately get all their registered data for further processing.

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 16 February 2018. And DüsseldorfCongress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief Video.

Fake stamp
We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
