We would like to remind you of the order deadlines for important services. Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders received after 02 February 2018.
Please remember that it is not allowed to operate your own cranes or fork lifts at the exhibition centre. Forklifts, containers and other heavy equipment can be ordered from a trade fair exporter and should be reserved as early as possible to secure loading appointments and prevent long wait times. The order deadline is 16 February.
It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables every day after the trade fair closes.
Exhibitor Pass: Your Ticket to Local Public Transport
Your exhibitor pass allows you to ride with busses, metro and trains (2nd class) in the Rhine-Ruhr linked transport system (VRR), price level D, to and from the trade fair, free of charge. Please be sure to order any additional exhibitor passes by 12 February 2018.
This allows you to inform your suppliers in plenty of time. Please familiarize yourself with the traffic regulations on the exhibition grounds. You will find out when you may access the grounds, which trucks are allowed to enter and how the Düsseldorf environmental zone is controlled.
