Please note that this is not yet a binding confirmation of your company's participation and/or stand space. This will be part of the official admission.

If you have not provided us any further information to your placement wishes on the registration form, please inform us immediately. Information about partner companies which should be placed next to you or competitors who should not be placed directly in front of you, will help us for the new hall planning.

Please be assured that we consider all your stand location requests and try our best to meet your needs. After the official application deadline (09/01/2021) we will contact you regarding a stand space offer in October 2021.

Once your stand allocation has been agreed you will receive the official admission documents as well as the invitation for registering for the Online Order System (OOS) by e-mail. Please note that the e-mail address given at the registration serves as the username for the OOS and your personal exhibitor profile on the EuroCIS website.
