• the key players are on board We decided deliberately to organize EuroCIS 2022 as a face-to-face trade show. We are experiencing a high demand and support from our exhibitors who, after a long pandemic period, again need platforms for physical presentation, "real" experiences, personal information, exchange and networking. Messe Düsseldorf has already proven several times during the Covid 19 pandemic that successful trade fairs with several thousand participants are possible with the greatest possible protection for all involved. Our sophisticated hygiene and infection control concept, our high-performance ventilation systems, the extensive trade fair grounds and the spacious halls reduce the risk of infection to a minimum. People numbers can be controlled by the exclusively online tickets with registration as well as the digital exhibitor passes of Messe Düsseldorf. At the same time, this gives us an overview of all people on site. According to the current Corona Protection Ordinance of the German Federal State of Northrhine-Westphalia, all exhibitors and visitors must be fully vaccinated, recovered or tested. We appeal to all trade show participants to be vaccinated. The highest possible vaccination rate provides the greatest possible safety and plays an essential role in quickly returning to pre-Covid-19 conditions. We are of course closely monitoring the current situation as usual and will always reassess the situation in consultation with our partners and make responsible decisions in a timely manner. The pandemic has accelerated digitization in retail enormously. And that's why EuroCIS 2022 comes just at the right time, because retailers are more interested than ever in digital concepts for their stores.
