Admission Vouchers
|
|
If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:
• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the EuroCIS online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.
• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see below Düsseldorf Ticket).

Digital Exhibitor Passes
|
|
Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

The Düsseldorf Ticket from Rheinbahn and Messe Düsseldorf
|
|
For exhibitors and visitors, we offer a convenient and easy way to purchase a so-called Düsseldorf Ticket for travel by public transport in Düsseldorf. Free travel to and from the fair is not included in the admission tickets of Messe Düsseldorf.
The Düsseldorf-Ticket of Messe Düsseldorf and Rheinbahn is valid in the entire city of Düsseldorf and on the day of your visit the ticket entitles the holder to travel to and from the trade fair and also to an unlimited number of journeys within the city area until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.
You can purchase as many personalized tickets as you wish, for example for your stand personnel or other colleagues. Available are day tickets or a season ticket valid during the trade fair.
Please note that the Düsseldorf Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For trips beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn App, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.

Freight Forwarding Services

Please note that is not permitted to operate your own cranes and forklift trucks on the fairgrounds. Forklift trucks, cranes or other heavy equipment as well as services like the transportation of exhibits, stand structures etc. incl. the supply of any auxiliary equipment can only be ordered from the forwarding agents appointed by us at the premises.

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.
Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.de).
