Explanations

 
Media fee
The media fee is obligatory for all exhibitors.
We have developed an advantageous multimedia service package with which you as an exhibitor can make optimum use of all trade fair media: including in the D:vis Digital visitor information system, in the exhibitor and product database of the portal.

AUMA amount:
An additional charge of € 0.60 per m² is levied as a contribution to the Confederation of German Trade Fair and Exhibition Industries (AUMA).

Waste-disposal fee during fairtime (EP):
Uniform flat rate exclusively for waste generated during the event.
Maximum € 1,350.00 for space more than 499 m²

Energy fee:
The energy fee to be paid by every exhibitor is charged on top of the costs for electricity and other (technical) services to be borne by exhibitors for operating their exhibition stands and independent of
consumption.

Advance payment technical services:
Exhibitors who did not participate in the last event pay 30.00/m² in advance. The advance payment will be settled after the event with the services actually ordered. Exhibitors who participated in the last event will be charged a corresponding advance payment based on the services invoiced for the last event.

The minimum size of a stand is 9 m².

The fees for the respective services can be found at the relevant positions in the OOS, as well as in the current Conditions of Participation.
