At the so far biggest EuroCIS, The Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology, in late February, over 440 companies from more than 40 countries will exhibit solutions and products on approximately 14,400 square metres of net exhibition space helping retail to shape and secure its future. KiK digitalises store operations at more than 4,000 European locations
Karen Dyke of Retail Manager Solutions Ltd. shares how KiK, Germany’s biggest discounter for fashion household goods, has introduced a new outlet management system in over 4,400 outlets and 14 countries with the aim of improving communication with employees, rationalising outlet management and minimising administrative burdens.

The lectures will be complemented by four panel talks on such topics as Retail & AI, Smart Tech & CX and Future Retail Trends.
