These conditions of participation and data protection information regulate the participation in the competition of the trade fair company, in particular EuroCIS - Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology, by the participants as well as the collection and use of the data collected or communicated by the participants.
By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
The competition begins on 01.12.2021 and ends at the conclusion of 24.12.2021.
Participation is open to persons who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the trade fair company and employees of the cooperation partner who are or were involved in the creation or processing of the competition are excluded.
To enter, interested parties must complete a registration form and provide their first and last names and e-mail address (see Item 4 Data protection notice).
Participation is free of charge.
72 voucher codes with a total value of 1,800 euros will be raffled off among all participants. The individual value of a voucher code is equivalent to 25 euros. The voucher codes entitle the holder to visit EuroCIS - Leading Trade Fair for Retail Technology, which will be held in Düsseldorf (Germany) from 15.02.-17.02-2022.
The voucher codes can be redeemed afterwards in the EuroCIS ticket store at www.eurocis.com.
The winners will be drawn at random. The draw will take place weekly on 03.12.2021, 10.12.2021, 17.12.2021, 23.12.2021 as well as 03.01.2022.
Handling
Payment of the prize in cash, in kind, its exchange or transfer to other persons is not possible. A participant may renounce the prize. In this case, the next participant in the order of winners will take his/her place.
The voucher code will be handed over by e-mail. Winners will receive a corresponding notification to the e-mail address provided. This will take place on the above-mentioned dates.
If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. invalid e-mail address), the trade fair company is not obliged to investigate the correct address. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details will be borne by the participant.
Warranty Exclusion
The trade fair company declares that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the fair company.
This may include, for example, technical problems.
