EuroCIS 2022, in partnership with retail expert Joachim Pinhammer, was once again offering guided retail technology innovation tours of the exhibition to visitors.
Each Guided Innovation Tour takes 90 minutes. Following a brief introduction covering the latest industry trends, the groups will visit ten exhibitors with a wide-ranging focus to hear more about their products and solutions.
The tour was very popular last year and has been visited from well known international retailers who wanted to learn about the latest innovations.
There are tours in German and in English on the three days of the event. Some start midmorning, some in the afternoon.
The tour is designed for retailers who want to make sure they don’t miss out the latest developments from innovative, startups and emerging fields, spanning in-store and analytics technologies to the latest in product protection and gesture recognition.
Key topics of the tour
Digitalisation of the store: use of digital media to address customers; real-time analysis of customer behaviour; linking online/offline.
Automation in the store: robotics, sensor technology, autonomous checkout
