RetailerIN - Location Intelligence for grocery stores

RetailerIN is an advanced in-store analytics and engagement platform able to measure and analyse in real-time and with high precision how shoppers move and interact with products in a supermarket, improving store performances and sales.
By tracking shopping carts and baskets, RetailerIN maps the full customer journey inside the store from the moment customer enters the store through to check-out (integrating, thus, with sales data to know conversion of aisles, zones, areas etc.).

RetailerIN brings intelligence to:
  • customer behaviour and layout optimisation: analysing and segmenting each shopping session inside the store and identifying the high-traffic spots;
  • operations management: monitoring queues at check-out and at served-areas, and availability of carts and baskets;
  • loss prevention: analysing and recognising suspicious behaviour patterns and sending real-time alerts when carts/baskets try to exit un-authorised areas,
