VOCOVO CallPoints

Customers often need help finding products or assistance with making a purchase decision for example: “Is this product right for me?”
In a recent survey one retail group discovered a significant number of customers left their stores without having found what they went in to purchase. With VOCOVO Call Points customers can request immediate assistance and find those products.

When the Call Point button is pressed a pre-recorded message is instantly broadcast via the headsets. Messages are specific and state the location and type of assistance required. For example ‘Customer assistance-paint mixing’ or ‘Assistance required-power tools.’

Audio CallBack
VOCOVO CallPoints have an optional ‘Audio CallBack’ facility so colleagues can let customers know they’re on their way or find out more detail.
