RetailerIN in-store analytics and engagement

RetailerIN® is an advanced in-store analytics and engagement solution for hyper/supermarkets. Starting from the high-precision tracking of shopping trolleys and baskets, RetailerIN maps the full customer journey from the moment the customer enters the store through to check-out, integrating, when requested, with POS data. 
RetailerIN builds analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on customer behaviour inside the store, and provides a set of real-time location-based services for engaging with shoppers (directly on their smartphones) and for providing real-time operational support.

RetailerIN provides support for strategic and operational decision-making both at the chain and at the store level in terms of i) store layout management and category product placements, ii) merchandising decision and iii) queue management.

RetailerIN services include:
  • customer behaviour analytics: traffic and flows, asset preference, shopping duration, dwell times, zones visited, engagement with promo areas and displays
  • conversion analytics (POS integration): integration of each single shopping journey with the corresponding receipt to understand the entire funnel for each product category (traffic, dwells, purchases vs. missed opportunities)
  • queue management: queue real-time monitoring (and notifications if predefined thresholds of people queueing are overcome) and queue analytics
  • in-store marketing services: promo/product notifications on customers’ smartphones and navigation services.
